Good job so far. Try to get a bit more lean on your PE.
I’ll work on that, thank you
What’s the goal on the lean, hands at hip level?
Your hands should be between your belly button and your hips on this one. They look good where they are, but if you are able to get them a bit closer to your hips it will only benefit you in the long run.
That looks awesome, Reilly! Nice adjustment!

A little more detail for you:
-notice hot you begin the first rep on the instep;
-notice how you finish the last almost on the toes.
This mean of technical issue that you can fix:
-actually you are thinking much more about doing a pushup;
-while PPP is more like "resist like in a planche" while "you perform a pushup".
Like in a normal planche lean your feet do not move, they stay in place...the same should be in the ppp.

Hey Reilly....what can i say...you got perfect my concept!
I felt a huge difference when I was performing the ppp this way.

Nothing that should be corrected.
Awesome job, Reilly!
Remember to hit full protraction at the top of each rep right from the start. You're doing a great job, keep it up!
Awesome work, Reilly!
Do I need more lean for mastery?

Testing for mastery, this is my 5th set!

i think that this is a very nice effort...only one point..as you reach the top position do not sacrifice the depression for a bit more of protraction. depression is the the primary injury prevention on the shoulder.
