Hey guys !

I'm wondering if someone of you found like me that do move like planche on finger it is more easy than on hands on the ground.

I can hold a full planche on finger more easy than on hand , same about the planche 90 degree push up.

Propably because i have lack of supleness on my wrist , but just wanted to know if someone are like me.

bye

I think Coach mentions in BtGB that he prefers fingertips too.

Yes , i remember having read that.

Anybody here do planche on finger ?

I think it is most comfortable on the metacarpal ridge - where the heel of the hand comes off the ground and the weight is born across the first set of knuckles. Less strain on both the wrists (flathanded) and fingertips (on fingertips). Of course if you are just working tucks, flathanded is really easy but as you move into straddle and layout you cant possibly keep the heels down. Although i wouldn't know about that yet haha

dont understand totally what you said (cause my bad english )but i believe you meant

on tuck it is easy to keep the hand flat on the hand but once do the straddle and full its hard to keep the hands totally flat on the ground , and only the fingers are directly on the ground , the palm of the hand dont touch it.
