I recognize everyone is different, so that may be somewhat difficult to answer. I have a reasonable base of strength from barbell training (250 squat, 270 deadlift, 100 press, 10 pull-ups)...with pretty bad mobility. Just looking for estimates so I can re-configure my home gym. Matthew Walker Posted July 28, 2019 Share Posted July 28, 2019 I'd just bite the bullet and get em. Besides GB they're super fun for all sorts of exercises/stretches. My grandfather always had them when I was a kid. Apparently they were a popular piece of equipment before everybody started curling in the squat rack.
