I would be extremely cautious with your elbow simply because it is not the same as before.

Agreed. LOTS of long-duration planche leans to recondition soft tissue and to allow bone to re-model. Remember nerves/motor control changes first, then muscle, tendon, ligament, bone, articular cartilage in approximately that order. According to the video all your work is short-duration maximal strength work.

It's great progress you're making, but I do worry about the physical condition of the elbow.

Remember: your training is all straight-arm; arm-wrestling is bent-elbow. Why do you think the elbow fractured?
