Hi there, i recently just for fun tried to perform front lever at the end of training with front lever progression (flat tuck). From the hang i was able to pull myself up to front lever position and hold it for a moment, i did few repetitions of this "exercise" without any problem(ofcourse im not able to hold it for longer period of time). And now i wonder, would it be bad idea to add this "hang-pull to front lever-holdforamoment-hang" to my routine? or mayby try to perform this exercise using gtg approach ? i.e doing 2-3 reps of this try to hold front lever position.

P.S

this moment is VERY short period of time;) although you can clearly see the stop of the momentum.

It's possible to GTG front lever and back lever... but not planche.

Had a couple guys who experimented with it... gotta keep volume relatively low though.

yeap so you think this is a good way ? doing front lever "lift" for 2-3 reps for a whole day..cool

Uh, I was thinking holds but reps work too.

If you keep it well short of failure and do a set every couple hours or so.
