jdlee Posted April 7, 2010 Share Posted April 7, 2010 I decided to become pescetarian a few weeks ago.I don't have much problem with it, but I have a feeling that I've not been getting enough nutrition lately.I have plenty of source for carb and fat, but protein is something that I have to really look around to find. I've been just eating fish and shellfish (mostly frozen fish and shrimp), but I'm wondering if there's more option (I'm also not sure if eating so much frozen food is good or bad).So any idea?Thanks in advance.
