Coach Sommer
Allan is currently in preparation for the USA Visa Championships in August. In the USAG JO program, it is only possible to make the Level 10 National Team at the Visa Championships; hence that is where our focus is this year. In Region 1, Level 3a is composed of the six equipment based 10 year old Future Star routines (fx, ph, sr, vt, pb, hb). Jacob Marks
This competition is in Connecticut in conjuction with National congress? Do you know what day Allan will compete? I will be head down for the congress and seniors but will leave earlier to see Allan compete as well! Any update on his training or skills he working would be very appreciated! I have a 14 yr old who will be training for level 10 this he got a late start and will be jumping from level 7 to 10  but he has a good start on optional skill development and we have been developing our skeleton rountines with all the element groups!
