Gymnastics Strength Video

Braindx, I think I have seen you work free HSPU on rings before. I heard Paul Hamm worked a lot of them in his training, but I've never really seen footage or worked with anyone who could do them free.

Hmm, I do not recall free HSPU on rings but I'll look through them again. I'm not including elements like gallimores and such but just the free HSPU on rings. I'm referencing video, not just pictures.
