After Loaded Stretch, PNF stretching, and Steve Atlas Restorative yoga dvd i was able to progress in flexibility in three months. I still need to work on my hip flexibility but that will come !

The pictures are way too big, but since we have a new photo thing i dont think it matters

I gotta tell you John... Not quite sure what's going on in that second pic! :?

There needs to be a facepalm emoticon for comments like that, Josh.

Messing around my wife snapped this. Simple I know but fun.

John, I saw you on American Ninja Warrior last week! Saw you sitting with the group of competitors and your name on the list but didn't see your run. Not sure how it went for you and I apologize if I'm opening up a sore subject (if it went poorly), but congrats on your accomplishment!

lol thanks, the episode that aired on g4 showed me for about 5 minutes, the episode that aired on nbc showed me for about 3 seconds. I'll be in the mt midoriyama vegas finals episode

how's that?

Btw, since this thread is getting large, how would you all feel about a gallery of everyone's pictures? I'll just add pictures as people post them here. If you don't want a picture included in the gallery, just edit the post to say "don't include."
