Guys which level resistance do you recommend for beginners?   The SPRI Xertube band has 5 different resistance.  Level 1 yellow, level 2 green, level 3 red, level 4 blue, level 5 purple.

Appreciate you all

Hi Charles,

This will also depend on your height. Better try it out or buy a couple. :) I hope this helps.

Bear in mind the weaker you are at the 2 exercises the stronger band needed. The band helps curl you up into position so it should be strong enough to help assist. I have one of these but I just use 2 red resistance bands instead. I probably bought the wrong size. As Leo says it's a lot to do with height so make sure whatever you get is long enough.

I'm in the UK but these are the bands I use

Thanks for everyone’s feedback.   I’m ordering the blue level 4 because I think I need more resistance to help me curl for thoracic stretches.   I hope the length is fine for me.   I’m 5’7” tall and the band Dimensions are

7 x 9 x 5 in

I'm also looking for proper stretching bands for the thoracic bridge and this is what I found on amazon. Does anyone know if they are the right kind?

Hey @Brett Schaus, did you order these and have a chance to try them out? If so, could you say if they are working well for you? I am interested to find out the cord length (as the dimensions specified are 25.4 x 21.6 x 12.7 cm??). Thanks!

Does anyone have a recent recommendation for bands to use with the thoracic stretch series?

The brands listed here are mostly no longer available.

Thanks,

Tamra

After reading some more, I ended up ordering the SportBands on Amazon. I was confused about what constituted a bungee band, but these are advertised as bungees, are supposed to be high quality, and look like what is being used in the video. I'll report back with my results.
