Lifting and Acrobatic - good idea to connect these two?

Lifting and acrobatics in pair: can it be done? It is safe to train acrobatics and do standard weightlifting training at the same time? For ex. 2 days a week acrobatics 3 days a week lifting. If it can be done, can you recommend any gym or something with an additional option of training acrobatics? Research was done with this site - https://zoptamo.com/s-acrobatic_gymnastics-c-us-coach and zero results. That's why there is a question.

Hi Rose, if you are extremely proficient you can ONLY take benefit from serious weightlifting like snatch.

Hello Rose, I believe the same way sprinters use Olympic Lifting for sprinting, gymnasts can use olympic lifting for generating additional power in gymnastics. The biggest problem is the amount of time it takes (like Alex said), to become proficient.
