It is safe to train acrobatics and do standard weightlifting training at the same time? For ex. 2 days a week acrobatics 3 days a week lifting. If it can be done, can you recommend any gym or something with an additional option of training acrobatics? Luke Searra Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Hello Rose, I believe the same way sprinters use Olympic Lifting for sprinting, gymnasts can use olympic lifting for generating additional power in gymnastics.
