Will Kriski Posted January 23, 2017 Share Posted January 23, 2017 Hi everyone, Just wanted to say that I'm loving the courses so far and am humbled by the work I have to do. This program is great because there's a schedule to follow, I follow along with the videos and this allows me to stick with the stretching and strength building with a slow, progressive approach to strength exercises.
