John Sapinoso Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 I bought some latex tubing for a cast handstand spotter and a rings spotting rig project Anyone have any ideas of anything else I could do with the spare length (other than general resistance bands)?I'll probaby have around 20-30 feet left over 3/8 OD 1/4 IDI also have about 70 feet of 3/4 diameter rope left over from my pulley rings project, anyone have any ideas for that (other than cutting lengths for shoulder circles or jump ropes)?thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
