Starting Foundation 1 / Handstand 1 w/ lower back pain?

Hello everyone!

I'm working my way through Fundamentals and I'm very excited to start F1 (and/or Handstand 1 & 2?) when I'm finished with Fundamentals. My primary goal is to increase flexibility and core strength to prevent lower back pain/injury. To stay motivated and monitor my progress I picked press handstand as my ultimate goal.

I'm not sure of my next step - what course will better benefit my back? Can I start H1 and H2, or am I better off beginning F1 and adding H1 & H2 as my schedule/body permits?

Thank you!

Todd

If you have the time, adding H1 and H2 is going to greatly improve progress. Plus, they're tons of fun. You can begin the prep elements for both of those at the same time that you start foundations.

The workout scheduler will help you select a plan for all of these courses that works with your schedule and matches your recovery abilities.

You can, and you should. They are mutually beneficial.
