Purchasing Foundation one

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy Foundations 1, however it is not offered as an solo item. It's offered in a bundle with pro+, wich i don't want cause it makes the course € 195 for me. Isn't it possible to just get foundations 1 without the pro+?

Foundation One is no longer available as a separate item.  It is now sold only as a bundle with Pro+ as I have found the customized Pro+ follow along workouts essential for people to start GST properly.

Do what you can to get 195 Euros to pay for the course and Pro+! It is an amazing tool to keep you on track and honest with the training. Without Pro+ you would be on your own schedule and logging your workouts on your own or at random or maybe not at all. With Pro+ you can track your progress really clearly and advance correctly and safely to the next sequence. Save for the course; it is well worth it.
