Complete four rounds:

10 FL Pulls

1 - 15' Cirque

4 - 360 Pulls

notes:

1) Rest 20 seconds between exercises.

2) You may rest 2-3 minutes between rounds.

3) If you do not have access to a climbing rope, substitute 15 towel pullups for the Cirque.

4) It is acceptable to adjust the body position used during the FL Pulls and 360 Pulls as needed. However, once you decide upon a particular body position, you must remain with it for the duration of the workout.

scaling the FL Pulls...as I'm reading it, it seems that maintaining an extended body is of utmost importance. To scale this movement would be to just use more momentum and do it faster.

Can this be done in a flat tuck or half lay as well?

xx
