I am gonna buy foundation 1 soon, i think in a month or two.

But first i want to know a few things, like; does the time in which you can progress depend on the program or on how much time you spend on the program?

and is there besides this program room to do other exercises apart from it? for example does it fit to keep doing pull ups, push ups and handstand practices every day if these exercises are not in the program?

and finally i want to know how i can kind of make a good foundation before i start with foundation series.
Can i start doing specific exercises right now so i can have an easier start when i buy the course?

thx alot!

I dont know if anyone else has experiences this, or because im still a young buck, but nutrition doesn't affect my progress or training in any matter. That is if im on about maintance levels ofc

1) This is a highly individualized and loaded question. Your progress is determined by many factors:

  1. Discipline
  2. Previous Injuries
  3. Strength/conditioning
  4. ***Flexibility/Mobility

These are but a mere few factors that will determine you rate of progress, but above and beyond all the others, #4 will be your biggest factor.

2) They are in the program. Plain and simple.

3) Going back to 1-4: your best foundation will be established flexibility and a decent work capacity. Your strength endurance will be heavily taxed with Foundations, especially F1.

Thanks Zach, my question is mostly answered. One more thing; is there any required equipment that you need? and is the program good for everyone? because i can't imagine that it is as good for each person since everyone is differend in strength and body

i assume that the program is not time-related am i right? so maybe some learn everything in 5 months and others in 10 months or something?
