Can anyone recommend a an appropriate mobility exercise to accompany a deadlift? Pavel Tsatsouline recommends hanging by your hands from a bar to stretch the back after every deadlift. What do the gymnastic bodies gurus think?
Deadlift mobility

During DL spine is extended and hamstring shortened, along foundations there are different exercises that promotes spinal flexion. One of these is jefferson curl, for the hamstring you have all the stretch series for front split and all the part of manna on foundations.
IMO somewhat lighter Jefferson curl than you normally work is ideal.
You have to ask yourself why you're performing a certain mobility exercise in the first place. There are numerous mobility exercises that can help with performing the deadlift. Are tight ankles causing you to bend over too far forward? Do you have trouble keeping your back straight because you have tight glutes? Et cetera. The deadlift is such a compound movement, that a mobility exercise for almost any joint in the body (except the elbows and cervical spine) can assist with the deadlift, depending on one's deficiencies.
There is no exceptional mobility required for the deadlift. The integrated mobility in the early Foundation courses will be more than sufficient.
