Alexander Egebak 618 Posted November 11, 2015 Is there any plans of future European seminars? Specifically, seminars in Denmark?
Briac Roquet 458 Posted November 11, 2015 Stroud, July 2016, and I'm not 100% but I think when it was announced, they also said it was gonna be the only one in Europe.
Vytautas Pilkauskas 127 Posted November 11, 2015 I am sometimes sorry to hear that there's only one seminar each year in Europe because it seems that adult gymnastics and advanced mobility training is something exotic here in Europe. It is NOT a complain to GB, haha I have to make sure I don't miss the upcoming seminar in England this year, though.

Coach Sommer 11,182 Posted November 11, 2015 Only one GB Level 1 seminar in Europe for 2016. And yes, it will be in Stroud. You may be pleased to hear however that we are adding two day specialty GB seminars to the GB seminar calendar. There are three GB specialty seminars; a two day handstand, a two day movement and a two day ring strength. There will be one specialty seminar per year in each of our main geographic areas; Europe, North America and Asia/Australia; always the weekend following a GB Level 1. The specialty seminars will also rotate the geographic areas on a yearly basis. For 2016 the specialty seminar locations are as follows; Handstand Specialty in Stroud, Ring Strength Specialty in Denver, Movement Specialty in Sydney. The prerequisite for all specialty seminars is having attended a GB Level 1. Additional details and specific dates for 2016 will be forthcoming shortly. Coach Sommer 11,182 Posted November 12, 2015 Great news, coach Are there any plans to introduce level 2 and 3 seminars outside the US? Very few students can currently qualify for a level 2 seminar. As such most of the level 2 material instruction has currently been restricted to GB MasterClass students (invitation only). The current level 2 seminar prerequisites are:- graduate fm Level 1 GBS, flat pancake on floor, 10s straddle L, 30s free HS, RC, 5r free HeSPU, 5r standing pike pHS. And just to give you a sense of perspective the current level 3 seminar prerequisites are:- graduate from Level 1 & Level 2 GBS, 10s free ring HS, back and front muscle limber, 10s sPL, 5r HBP (gentlemen)/chest roll to HS (ladies), SL pull, 5r+ stalder press Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
