Only 2 of us at the moment but hopefully we can make it a semi regular thing.
traveling to London is in my sights ![]()
I'll be sure to plan ahead and drop you a message!
Cool. Sounds good.
I could join some other week (best probably when Keilani comes to Lon).
We plan to make it a regular event so watch this space.
Hi,
Is the Clapham Common meetup a regular thing yet?
I would be up for this too.
Cheers
Paul

Are you the quantified body guy? if so, good job!
...and another one here. Looks like only a handful in London. Surely there are others out there??
I'd like to be a part of this.
Just joined; in NW London. Anything regular taking place anywhere in London?
I've recently started GB training and am a Londoner. Anyone got recommendations for where we can train in a fully-equipped gymnastics gym? I'm getting funny looks doing half straddle leg extensions on a bench in my normal gym...
GymnasticBodies is in high demand all around the world. You could always take a road trip to @Wesley Tan GST place in Stroud!
@Tom Dines You are in luck, @Wesley Tan's Forma crew are doing a road trip to London this October. See http://formastrength.uk/workshops2/
It's great that Forma are coming to London on Oct 2 but i think what Tom and I for that matter are asking for is somewhere in London to work out on a regular basis. Working out in Stroud on a regular basis is a complete non-starter!
Hi Anthony,
Forma is your sole source for group GB training in the U.K.
If group training is a priority for you, you will find a way. Even if that best case scenario given your circumstances is only once or twice a month. My own US National Champion athlete drove 45minutes one way five days a week - for years.

Hi Coach Sommer;
Agree that everyone had the ability to train; where there's a will. A lot of us Londoneers would absolutely love to be able to do group classes on a regular basis. There's more motivation, learning, and fun in groups for sure. I've attended your workshop in KL and experienced first hand how it is. It's unfortunate for us that Wesley is more than a 100 miles away from London or we would totally flood his classes
.
My regards to coach Orench too ![]()
Regards,
Ahmed
Hi Ahmed,
Flood him. ![]()

You say he drove 45 minutes one way 5 days a week, this would be 2 hours minimum (with perfect traffic conditions- which never happen) one-way, so minimum of a 4 hour drive (more likely 5 hours). It's just not practical to do on a regular basis taking into account my job etc.
It is what it is. Winners find a way to take care of their business.

Not everyone wants to compete!
