Hello all. I literally started this morning at 6:00 this morning. I've looked for something like this for a few years now and luckily stumbled onto this. I've been a competitive martial artist and a collegiate cheerleader, but Father Time started catching up and I decided to do something about it. I'm more than likely going to ask some pretty beginner questions soon, but hey, that's how one learns. Here's to a new journey in being a beginner again.
