Protraction looks strong from what can be seen with a shirt on. There's a little pike making your toes a bit lower than they should be. Focus on PPT work and that's an easy fix. Other than that it looks really strong, nice work!

PPT won't fix the pike. What is required is more glute activation and slightly more lean.

What is your opinion on a slight lower back arch in the straddle planche? I've seen gymnasts all over the world perform straddle planches with that 'problem'. However, it seems like it's very hard to prevent. As soon as your straddle out, posterior pelvic tilt is harder to maintain. But even for the people who can maintain posterior pelvic tilt, their glutes simply are too big, still causing that small arch in the lower back. Is that fine, or am I missing something here?
