is a debate for coupling planes, where all planes are kinda needed for balanced body, muscles and so on.

But when i look at the structure of F1, there is not a lot of rowing plane, in comparison to pushups and pullups. How come?

If one is doing one move more time, arent then antagonist muscles a little bit neglected? If strictly following just F1?

You start with the least complicated plane, and work serially through the planes, then begin to combine them.

Actually if you look at F1 you will probably see zero pullups. That's because you start with rows and move on to pullups (after F1) just like you start with pushups and then move on to dips. Pushups and rows will remain part of your warmup for a long time though.

With that being said, the last thing you're gonna get with Foundation is an imbalanced body. You will get plenty of rear delts work from the RC progression and later FL elements to offset the anterior work that you get from HBP and planche progressions.

Or you could just trust Coach's long time experience ;)

Kopavski, there are 5 rowing elements in Foundation One. Mastery of each totals 275 reps over 25 sets. That's plenty of rowing!
