Complete four rounds:

1 min of HS Wall Runs

5 HeSPU

10 Swinging Dips

Finish the workout with 2x10 Wrist Pushups

notes:

1) Rest 20 seconds between exercises.

2) Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds.

3) Strive to complete the Wall Runs as a single unbroken set of 60 seconds.

4) Adjust the variation of the HeSPU as necessary; if too easy choose a more difficult HSPU variation, if too difficult choose an easier.

5) Strive to complete the Swinging Dips in a single unbroken set.

What about parallettes? I'm currently recovering from a wrist injury, too. For me parallettes work pretty well.

A substitute for HS wall runs for big guys with inadequately conditioned wrists would be getting into HS on parallettes. Instead of tapping the shoulder with your hand you just shift most of your weight slowly from side to side (thanks to Ido Portal and slizzardman :D ). This way I can do some sort of HS wall runs although my wrists have not completely healed, yet.

And for swinging dips: If your injury allows you to do a support on the rings, you might do swinging in supporthold with straight arms (for MY wrists I find the rings much more comfortable than parallel bars).
