I guess it is just - If you train ab wheels then you get stronger in ab wheels and not GST ( I wish it had some real benefit in carryover to GST). Léo Aïtoulha Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 It will help for Handstand because it works abs (PPT) and upper trapezius (scapular elevation and protraction).This kind of exercise is already covered in Handstand One, it is considered as mobility work.
