Got some videos to clear through before moving up in the progressions.

When training the hold I add 5 rocks every 10 seconds in attempt to prepare for the next progression. Good idea?

Thanks for your tips and feedback!!

I think my legs should be a bit lower?

Videos need to be uploaded to a video service like YouTube or Vimeo. This is so viewers don't need to actually download videos to view them.

Pantera,

Arms at side is kind of a non issue. In between or to the sides, it makes no difference where as overhead would.

You are correct in that your legs are much too high. Try to keep the feet about 6" off the ground. This will make you curl up more and lock in the core and hips if your PPT is correct, which it looked to be.

So it doesn't matter if the arms are by the hips, between or overhead?

It does matter if the arms are overhead or not but not if they are in between legs or to the sides. Just try to picture weight distribution and lever in each case ;)
