Form Checks

We've had a number of posters submitting form checks with attached videos which must be downloaded. Mostly in the H1 forum.

To help with this Cory just set up a new H1 Form Check forum, and posted the same how to upload sticky as the F1 forum there.

How to Post a Form Check

So any time you see an attached video, kindly give the poster the  How To Post Link and ask them to use Youtube or Vimeo and to make sure the video is unlisted.

It's also good to get in the habit of checking if the form check videos you see are indeed unlisted. If not, just drop the poster a friendly PM.

With this being a new feature, if you do see form checks in H1, go ahead and move them to the H1 Form Check sub.

And of course it's always a good idea to make sure a form check is in the right sub forum other wise,

F1 elements in it's sub forum (form checks), F2, F3, F4 etc.

All in all we've been doing a good job of keeping on top of form checks, but I've noticed a few have slipped though, particularly in the HS Form Check forum.

Keep in mind that

- The forum check forums are paid forums (via purchase of F1 or H1) so these guys/and gals deserve our best.

- it's important that each one get moderator level involvement. Even if it just to say that another non-moderator comment is correct.

- One mod is enough, better to single cover every form check than double cover one.

- If in doubt, pass it up the chain. I regularly send posts to other mods that I think can better answer a question. In this regard Zach is the man. If you have the slightest doubt about a standard get it straight with him.

Follow Up is also important! Check back in on the posts you've commented on for follow up videos etc. Just look for the Star next to the post to remember what you've commented on.

Checking for unanswered form checks is easy, just go to F1/Form Checks and H /Form Checks and look for posts with 3 or less repossess. If it's 0 replies then jump in. if it's one of two look to see if it's a mod replying or a general user, and go from there.

Thanks all!

Cole is spot on, gentlemen.
