ashita
Hey guys !Sometimes at the end of my training , i do a single set of abs wheel ' 30 reps'. or sometimes some set of 10 reps. But i'm just wondering if i should do it more frequently. It is really a hard exercice , i can just do it on my knees easily, stand up i can but i feel its hard yet for my lower back. just 2-3 reps i can.......What do you think about this exercice ? usefull ? useless ?because i find this guy very strong Perform it with only one arm and stand up , its just AMAZING , need a huge amount of strength !!!!!!!........Do we can build really a strenght with this exercice ?thanks guy
braindx
It's a good core exercise. If you feel it in your lower back that means your hip flexors are contracting maximally (origins on your lumbar spine). Basically, you want to minimize this because it can cause pain... so you want to improve abs strength more to do these fully.
Weib
like any gymnastic movement, why don't you add time?Roll out, hold it there for 10 seconds and the roll back. There are other variation which attaches resistance band to the wheel etc.
