Apologies for replying to a necro thread but I'm moving to Copenhagen in/around September, I'm looking to see if there is a community for GST that I can hook into and possibly for an instructor?

Hi Chris

Check out “Voksengymnastik” on facebook for a great group of people practicing GST in Copenhagen.

I'm based in Copenhagen and currently doing GB Intro and Thrive.

Anyone else currently using GB and based in Copenhagen, or elsewhere in Denmark?
