High level squash player here, and beginner GB athlete, looking for recommendations on strength and mobility areas that could be priorities for players of this sport. Here's a brief intro:Racquet sportPlayed in a closed roomIntensely aerobic with anaerobic spurts (~1kcal/hr)"You bend, lunge, jump, and twist, working your upper body, explosiveness, endurance, and core" - linkVideo example: Going to a GB seminar was eye opening, and Coach Sommer recommended:DislocatesJefferson CurlsAny thoughts from the community on how to best use GB to cross train for squash?
