Single Arm Plank sPL/SE1

Can someone please post a form check of this?

Single Arm plank is not a Specific Exercise but a Preparatory Element corresponding to sPL/PE4.

 

I do not have the video right now but I've some pics from the time I was in this element due to a wrist injury and I couldn't do planche leans.

 

This is the usual form mistake with Single Arm Plank.

 

 

And this is the correction
