Are these perfect Planche pushups ?

As previously stated no. first the planche is not perfect so without perfect planche no chance to develop perfect planche push up.

I would say it's a bit off to bluntly say they're not perfect. They're not - obviously, but from the looks of it he could easily make them perfect, if someone told him what perfect is supposed to look like.

Okay..

 

He would need to tilt his pelvis the other way (Anterior Pelvic Tilt to Posterior Pelvic Tilt), after he changed the pelvic tilt he would then need to point his feet. If he can maintain the new more demanding body positioning, he might need to lift his legs slightly and/or lean forward more to help counterbalance. 

 

Anyway, in the most recent version of FIG Men Artistic Gymnastic Code of Points, the full planche is a "B" rated floor skill. Straddle Planche is an "A" rated floor skill. Manna is a "C" rated floor skill.
