Ivan Pavlovic Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 (edited) In front lever scapula should be retracted to some level, one arm pullups should be done with bar touching your chest and hips are to high in some planches and there is no ppt. WadeWilson Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 (edited) Work on your form. Have a "deload" week or 2 deload weeks where you only work on form on 4 exercises. In this case planche, front lever + other stuff. And just work on perfect form.
