Hi to everyone, this is video from me and my team,its mainly planche and front lever and other stuff! We focused on form of exercises,i hope you will enjoy,any comments or feedback are welcome!

In front lever scapula should be retracted to some level, one arm pullups should be done with bar touching your chest and hips are to high in some planches and there is no ppt. :)

Much of the stuff looks solid. Much better than I can do.

Work on your form. Have a "deload" week or 2 deload weeks where you only work on form on 4 exercises. In this case planche, front lever + other stuff. And just work on perfect form. So still do pull ups and push ups etc just lower the intensity A LOT and focus on planche and front lever rather
