Supreme
Hello. When I perform advanced tuck planche my shoulder blades sticking out. Is it good thing or bad? If it's bad how to fix it?. Have a nice day.
ADRIANO FLORES CANO
It doesn't good or bad, just incorrect. Means that you're doing a progression that is away of your actual level of strenght. Proper technique in planche development is always scapula protracted and depressed at max, nothing sticking out. You've to go back to your planche leans and see if happens the same. If not, then go to tuck planche (not advance) and try the same and progress from there. Cheers.

Supreme
Thanks for replies. I'm going back to start training planche leans. Do scapula pull up would help me to increase scapula strength to hold protracted scapula while perfoming planche position?

Murray Truelove
You need to go back to a progression that you can achieve the correct amount of protraction and depression. Even doing planks but with full protraction will help.
