Jennifer Rodriguez
In the almost 8 months that I've been doing GB, I have gained 10 pounds which is kind of incredible for me. You'd never know it because I think I look even thinner than I did before and all my clothes fit looser. Interestingly, due to the weight gain my BMI has gone up which I find funny. I went from being most like a Sri Lankan to a more like a Somalian. LOL http://www.bbc.com/news/health-18770328

Julian Aldag
BMI doesn't discriminate between fat and muscle. It's useless, unless you're fat. But if you're fat, you know you're fat.
