Hi!
Few questions:
- how much time does a foundation + handstand workout session last?
- after completing foundation, would one be able to perform a planche pushups, handstand pushups, a full row, and one arm pull up?
Thanks

F1 session can take about an hour, programming varies a lot in volume and sets.
F1 develops 7 elements:
Front lever.
Straddle planche.
Side lever.
Manna.
Hollow back press.
Rope climb.
Single leg squat.
H1 culminates in a 2 minute free handstand.
Planche push up - probably.
Handstand push up - yes.
Full row (think I know what that is) - yes.
One arm chin - maybe, from what I understand it takes some specific training, after the rope climb this should be relatively easy.
Thanks for the clear and fast answer ![]()
For the row, just to make sure we both thinking about the same mouvement, a full row for me is like a front lever pull. So you are in front lever position and you pull urself to the bar ![]()

Figured as much. I'd bet money with the rope climb progression this will be no problem.
Foundation is just the basic in Gymnastic Strength Training™. Afterwards comes ring training.
Planche push-ups, fl rows and OAC are not explicitly trained in Foundation, but given the difficulty of the work found at the end of Foundation I'd be surprised if you weren't capable of a few reps of each upon completing the course. If you were not, it would not take you long to develop such skills.
