How do H1/H2 fit together

I see that F2 is a prerequisite for H2, but H1 is not and the two are listed as corequisites for other more advanced courses. In addition to mastering F2, should we be at a particular place in H1 before beginning any serious H2 work, i.e. is there a particular PE/SE in H1 that is a de facto prerequisite for H2?

Once we get to work on H2 are the two trained together on the same day? Does a 4 day split of F+H1+H2 split follow the same general structure as the F+H1? Handstand days are already quite a bit longer than pure Foundation days, does adding H2 significantly increase the durration of the workout ? Not that this would be a bad thing! I'm just trying to get a sense of what to expect and where to set my sights as I progress through H1.

Thanks -

All this is discussed in the H2 materials, so don't fret you will eventually find out.  Basically, it is worked together with H1, no prerequisite place you need to be other than the strength and mobiilty that would go with F2 mastery.  It is worked right after H1 workout. It is not a great volume.  Probably only adds 15 - 20 minutes at most and is not a big jump in volume. It also builds mobility towards the pancake, so has some really super iM routines in addition to the press handstand work.

Eventually you will need to be able to hold the handstand to progress with H2

Roughly speaking, the PE's in H2 can be worked pretty much any time after completing F2, but the SE's require that you have at least a short free-standing handstand.
