Coach Sommer
Great TED presentation by David Epstein. Enjoy. Synopsis:When you look at sporting achievements over the last decades, it seems like humans have gotten faster, better and stronger in nearly every way. Yet as David Epstein points out in this delightfully counter-intuitive talk, we might want to lay off the self-congratulation. Rajan Shankara
The part when he talked about muscle activation during electrocution made me want to train even harder, then he mentioned the brain preventing us from hurting ourselves and i went back to normal training mode. This all happened in about 5 seconds. Awesome presentation
