Hey everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone knew of training facilities in the Flagstaff area. I'm a student at NAU and would like to, at the very least, have access to a wider range of equipment, stall bars, parallel bars, etc. Is there anywhere in Flagstaff(hell, Arizona) that offers adult programs OR at least a good open gym providing access to the equipment?
