I have read a lot of the treads on this forum and find them all very interesting. But i can see that everyone question there program? I myself also do that, and therefore want to ask you to make a comment about this program, is it to much? Shall i have a steady state prograssion or should i just do the things i do and put on some more weights?

My goal is iron cross, planche push ups, front level hang ups and 360pulls with straight body

Monday/Thursday

HS walks - 10min

HsPU (wall) 3x5

360 Pulls (flat back) 3x3

SLS (3x4)

Deadlift

One legged balance and press training for m.gastrocnemiues and m.soleus

Wall extensions (10)

Wrist pushups (10)

Front lever static (advanced tuck 3x20sec)

Back lever static straddled (10x6sec)

Tuesday/Friday

HS -wall - training 15 min

Body levers (straddled legs) 3x3

PL (tuck and advanced tuck) - 6x10sec tuck (max hold of 30sec) and sometimes advance tuck (max hold of 5sec)

Bulgarian XR Dips with 30kg (3x3)

Wide Pull ups with XR with 30-50kg (2-3 x 3)

OAC negative + static hold (7sec) on bottom (1x3)

L-sit lifts (tucked 3x3) + Static 4x15sec

HLL 3x10

Pistols

I also train and compete in multisport. Thats my main event, but have trained strength for about 6-7 years (gymnastic exercises for about 5 months), and needed some new inspiration. This training is also good for climbing and kayaking.

Thanks for help!

Hard to tell if it's too much.

Basically, the way you KNOW if you're overdoing it or not is basically if you're progressing. If you keep on gaining strength and exercises become easier, you're probably doing a good "enough" amount of work.

If you're plateauing or regressing you may be doing too much or too little and/or may need to vary it up some. It all depends.
