So to summarize only changing the order of the exercises of the elements performed on specific training days is not a problem for example FL/sPL/RC/HBP one day and SL/MN/SLS if this will foster our progression and this will not hinder our increase in work capacity for the future F7 warm up since we only change the order of the exercises perormed. Or will a specific order lead to greater improvement for example HBP right after sPL will lead to greater improvements of work capacity.

So just to be clear, doing F7 means performing the final progressions of all the foundation exercises in a row without rest?

That's insane haha...i can just imagine in the gym:
Random guy: "Hey, what is that your doing?"
Me: "It's called a straddle planche"
Random guy: "It looks like a great workout"
Me: "Yeah it is, but right now I'm just warming up though"
Hopefully this is me in 4-5 years xD
