Coach Sommer Posted March 3, 2014 Share Posted March 3, 2014 The most twisting in a single flip that Allan did on the floor was a 2.5 twisting front and 3 twisting back. The purpose of the trampoline work was to refine technique and increase spatial awareness. In my opinion, an athlete should be capable of one more flip and/or twist on the tramp then you plan to perform on the floor.People who attempt to rush this process and try to do just enough to get by, rushing off to the floor prematurely; have a tendency to get picked up off the floor with a wet vac.
