I remember someone wrote about some bad things concerning high usage of soy - does it have the same risk taking isolate proteins?What about peas'?peas proteins have:25g of proteins per 30g0,9 g of fats soy:27g of proteins per 30g0,9 g of fats the soy ones are the cheapest of all. People tend to have different preferences for protein types. Personally, I prefer pea protein - as soy makes me feel a little stuffed and bloated. But others would say the opposite. Frankincensed Posted February 24, 2014 Share Posted February 24, 2014 I'd vote for Pea between the two personally. Soy tends to make my nose runny and I sneeze, a mild alergic reaction I guess. But that's me personally. Had this thing called Vegan protein blend with peas, brown rice and hemp protein. Didn't have any reaction to it, however it didn't mix very well.
