Most people will most likely tell you to invest in the F1 foundations program.

First you need power then you can learn the skills.

Start to learn the Dips, Pushups, pullups, Squats.

If you familar with these exercises start to learn Leg raise, L-Sit, handstand, Front lever, Backlever

Foundaition one will help you but is not nesassary, it depends on you goals :-)

You can also start with H1. It seems very good and mobility drills are amazing.

You don't need to be advanced in english to understand almost all. If you have some problems with understanding, you can always check in online dictionary or ask forum users. Handstand forum is really full of explantation.

Going by the suggestions you listed, I'd say Foundation is more important than you think it is.

Imbalance in Pushing and Pulling strength leading to shoulder problems.  Dips, Pushups, and Pull-Ups are all shoulder internal rotation giving imbalance in shoulder internal and external rotation strength so more shoulder problems.  Not to mention Dips, Pushups, Pullups, and Squats all have limited carryover to leg raise, l-sit, handstands, front lever, and back lever.

As i worte it depends on his Goals.

I am Sure foundation is great But i also think There are also some other ways to learn skills and get a healthy Body.

Not good advice.

Best bet is foundation.

Poor progressions are poor progressions regardless of one's goals. Yes, there are other good methods to developing gymnastics strength other than Foundation, but your advice does not fall into that category.

Daniel and Joshua are right.

It is better to pay for program written by high class Coach.

Some months ago I tried my own way - street workout, because I wanted save money. It was very stupid idea, because doctor and medicine were much more expensive and I still have little problems with my chest.

GB programm is very detailed and it can be used for many months and if you divide the price, cost of one month training is very cheap - less then 10 $.

Given that some people are still struggling with the first progressions I'd say it works out even cheaper.  (Yes, I'm including myself in this one.)
