Alessandro Mainente Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 When the angle is 180° and YOU ARE NOT COMPENSATING the tightness of internal rotator muscles (to flex the arms at 180°) with some arch on lower back. ideally open shoulder must be accomplished with anterior chain contraction (i.e. the abs). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
