If anyone has ever tried a reverse meathook and knows the discomfort, try being upright in that position O.o

Besides, the moves are incredible.

That video is still one of the best straps videos out there. His technique is flawless. Roll ups, switches, everything is smooth and perfect. The upright flag/rev meathook is what my first straps coach used to call "the shoulder trauma". You need to be very flexible and strong to hold it, and the injury potential is critical if you are not ready. Im doing the rope climbs through flag from time to time but I can only pull once to flag on the left so i dont get enough distance yet. His pull to flag is about as text book as you can get.

The 1 arm dislock swings are by far the most impressive. I have yet to see anyone do them as smooth and powerful as he does. The oldschool circus women who swung for hundreds of rounds would probably be better though, even if they usually straddle.

You speak the truth Handbalancer! The sad thing for us is that he makes it look so easy and effortless while we're here still straining pulls into meathooks  :o

Oh and 'the shoulder trauma' is pretty shocking  :) I was just thinking he'd have no problem being put into a restraint hold

Those are some pretty amazing shoulders.

He actually had shoulder surgery pretty recently and is just now recovering.

You're probably wondering why I posted this... I was too busy holding my own beer to record myself doing a better performance  ;)
