Rest between sets

You might want to revisit the manner in which you "passed" mastery on some or all of the previous elements, and reassess if progress was truly mandated at that time BigB.

There is no moving forward with holes in the foundation in the hope that they'll be papered over later on; this program will cremate the ego of anyone taking a shortcut for whatever reason :). It is not so much about advancing in the progressions than it is about addressing weaknesses, imbalances, and building layers of strength over layers of mobility.

 

All the misguided souls that asked for a refund after judging that incline push ups were too lowly an entry point would be well advised to "eat their words" and give it another go! :)
