hi everyone :)

I'm an italian guy ( so sorry for my bad english :P ) , 19 years old , i am 190cm with a weight of 74kg and 7/8% of bf.

I'm planning of buying the F and H courses (all the package) for my birthday :D

In the last year i have starded training bodyweight with some barbell exercices (such as squat, deadlift, bench press, weighted dips/pull up).

At the moment i am at this level:

60s of wall handstand

60s of hollow body

5s of straddle FL

10s of tuck planche

pull up +30kg for 3 reps

dips +40kg for 3 reps

but i feel that i have some lack in mobility that doeasn't permit me to improve.

Therefore i've decided to buy F and H courses but i have some question:

1)which is the english level? is it easily understandable?

2)can i integraded F/H with some barbell exercises?

3)how are structured the courses?

Sorry for this long post and thanks to all :)

Hi and welcome!

1: The english level is clear and concise, so you should be fine. There's an introduction of about 20-30 pages which it is important to read, because it explains the structure and mechanics of the program, but again, you'll be fine. Otherwise you can always ask for advice here on the forum.

2: You can integrate barbell exercises, but in general I, and others, would advise against it. The F series provides a lot of work volume as you advance through it, and in particular for the upper body, you don't need to add anything. If you really want to use that barbell, you could add a bit of squatting and deadlifting, but proceed with caution. It really isn't necessary to do a lot of additional work to get to the seven end goals of the F series. Personally I just do F and H and a bit of running and climbing.

3: The structure? I think you'll have to buy to get a glimpse of the structure, as this is what makes F and H special, so it won't be given away for free :) If you are dissatisfied, you could just get your money back.

Anyway, you won't regret buying the course, it really is excellent.

That's a good idea for a birthday present, I'm not selling particular product here, but just investing into yourself and learning and tools that will help you get better on things you want/like to do.

As Ravn said don't worry about language level, if you can cope with forum here - you will be fine :).

Ciao Riccardo, welcome! Sure you just need to practice a bit. The more you read and write, the better you get. Good luck!
