Buy Foundation 1 or the Foundation Series and work through that. Tells you straight up what to do.

If you really want to make the best progress possible, invest in F1.

Yes, it's a web based program.  At the top of the page should be a link labeled "products" Once you find that, simply click on either "Foundation One" or "Foundation Series (pre-order)" Be careful, because they look the same.

So if i get it its an e book ? I will get it on the my email ?

LateStarter@46

Once purchased, you will get a link to Foundation One/ the series in an email. The course is presented on web pages, so you have to be online to view it. It consists of instructions and short videos with brief notes. You perform the exercise shown and once you reach mastery of both it and the associated mobility exercise, you move onto the next exercise.

Good luck!

Thanks all , i talk with parents and i will buy asap a, only one more question : how many time i need to wait till i get it ?

kalel

nemanja

Thanks guys,so foundation 1 is best to buy for me , or something else ?

Joshua Slocum

Definitely Foundation 1. There is nothing better that you can buy online.

nemanja

Thanks to all so , i do 6 pull ups 10 dips and 30 push ups ,am i too weak to start f1 or i can start it from monda

y ?

Vincearoo

Definitely not too weak. Nearly anyone can start up with f1.

nemanja

thanks and can you tell me what i can expect from f1? can i increase my reps on basics  and  start with some easy moves?

Vincearoo

F1 lays out all the programming for you. It will take you through basics moves and mobility. Reps will vary for each exercise, depending in the intensity of each. You will come away much stronger I'd you stick to this fool proof programming.

Now stop diddly daddling around, buy f1, and get to work!

Increasing reps on basics is what F1 is all about.  As for easy moves... I doubt anyone here will tell you SL/PE1 is easy...

Hi guys , when i go to purchase f1  there is sometingh: enter a promo code.I dont understand what to write

LateStarter@46

If you haven't been given a promo code, leave that box empty.

It can take a couple of minutes for the e-mail to arrive. Also be sure to check your spam folder to make sure it wasn't mis-labeled as spam.

If you don't get the e-mail within about an hour, send a private message to the webmaster, Cory Fair, and he should be able to help you out, or send an e-mail to webmaster@gymnasticbodies.com

FredInChina

If it has been over an hour, check your spam filter, both on your web server and your client.

If it is not there, send a ticket to Cory Fair - click on "support" on the header bar of this page. :)
